How do I know if I need therapy?

The most basic answer is that therapy might  help if you have a problem that continues to bother you and you have been unsuccessful in working through it on your own.

What is a consultation?

There is a 15 minute consultation where we will discuss the problem that you want to work through in counseling. I would also encourage you to use the time to ask questions to gauge if we would be a good fit.

What can I expect on the first session?

The first session is 70 minutes and we will spend the majority of the session gathering background information as well as identifying goals you want to work on in regards to what brought you to counseling.

How much will this cost me?

The initial session is $125 for 70 minutes  and then following sessions will be $100 for 50 minutes. 

I accept the following insurance : United Healthcare, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford.

Do you offer yoga in sessions?

Yoga is helpful tool to relax the mind and body. I absolutely could use yoga techniques in sessions if it's appropriate and with client consent.

Can I cancel my session?

Of course! Things happen. If you need to cancel - there is no cancellation fee as long as its 24 hours prior to our session. Otherwise- if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a full session fee.

Are you accepting new clients?
